Account structure

How the account is structured

A standard multi-ship-to distribution structure: Supply Leader Systems LLC is the distributor account, and approved retail locations are set up as ship-to addresses. The exact workflow, data fields and onboarding schedule are confirmed with each brand.

Sold-to / account of record
Supply Leader Systems LLC
Bill-to
Supply Leader Systems LLC under the standard program: one invoice stream, one payer and one brand-facing credit relationship.
Ship-to
An approved retail location placing the order, set up as a ship-to address under our account.
Retailer receivables
Managed by Supply Leader Systems LLC where we are the buyer and bill-to party. Exact payment terms are defined in the commercial agreement.
Channel compliance
Retailer vetting and administration of the brand’s written MAP and channel policies within the scope of the applicable agreements and law.
Fulfillment

How product moves

Our default model is asset-light. Product moves in response to approved retail demand, which reduces unnecessary handling and the risk of aging inventory.

Default

Direct fulfillment

You, or an approved fulfillment partner, ship to the retail location against an order under our distributor account. This avoids a third warehouse and reduces unnecessary handling and aging inventory.

Where supported

Order consolidation

We aggregate approved demand across the network and structure purchase orders around the brand’s MOQ, ship-to and routing requirements.

By agreement

Stocking programs

Where volume and geography justify it, we take title and hold inventory for a specific line to shorten lead times into a region. Opened brand by brand, by agreement, not as a blanket commitment.

Reporting

Reporting back to you

A brand should be able to see where its product was placed. We report placement by store format and region, order and reorder activity by line, and sell-through data where participating retailers provide it.

We also report confirmed policy violations involving your brand and the actions taken under the applicable agreements. Reporting scope and cadence are agreed during onboarding.
