2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the brand inquiry form, we collect the information you enter: your name, job title, business email, phone number, company or brand name and website, primary category, current independent-retail presence, MAP-policy status, and anything you write in the message field.
Information collected automatically. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) and, where you consent, analytics data described in section 5.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and this site is directed at businesses rather than consumers.
3. How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, to evaluate a potential business relationship, to communicate with you about it, to maintain security and prevent abuse of the form, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
